Novacroft are delighted to have been appointed as a supplier on the UK Government’s Crown Commercial Services Contact Centre framework, in an exclusive set of 15 organisations who will have the opportunity to deliver transformational contact centre services for UK businesses.
Crown Commercial Service, an executive agency and trading fund of the Cabinet Office of the UK Government, is responsible for managing the procurement of goods and services, increasing savings for the taxpayer by centralising buying requirements, and leading on procurement policy on behalf of the government. By purchasing through CCS commercial agreements, public and third sector organisations will benefit from increased quality and value.
Benefits of the framework:
The Crown Commercial Service (CCS) set out to appoint ‘the very best providers who can bring highly innovative and transformational services to this framework’.
Buyers of services via the framework, known as RM6181, could have such requirements as the need to pilot new technology, implement robust procurement processes, better project outcomes, improved value for money, adoption of innovative solutions and digital transformation, or the mobilisation and onboarding of new contracts with effective contract management.
Supporting our goal to help citizens thrive:
This work supports Novacroft’s mission to help citizens of the UK rise up beyond COVID-19 and be ready for the Fourth Industrial Revolution (known as 4iR) and will allow the company to build on their 23+ years experience in delivering transformative public and third sector projects, working for clients such as Transport for London, The Royal British Legion, London Organising Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Games, and University of Bradford.
As a People-First business that wants to leave a legacy, winning a place on this prestigious framework enables Novacroft to grow and creates stability for my team in terms of jobs. We are on a high growth journey with a goal to equip 15,000 team members to be 4iR ready, impact local and global communities, and deliver what citizens of the UK need. Says Debra Charles, Novacroft Founder & CEO.
About the 4th industrial revolution:
The World Economic Forum – November 2018: The Fourth Industrial Revolution represents a fundamental change in the way we live, work and relate to one another. It is a new chapter in human development, enabled by extraordinary technology advances commensurate with those of the first, second and third industrial revolutions. These advances are merging the physical, digital and biological worlds in ways that create both huge promise and potential peril. The speed, breadth, and depth of this revolution is forcing us to rethink how countries develop, how organisations create value and even what it means to be human. The Fourth Industrial Revolution is about more than just technology-driven change; it is an opportunity to help everyone, including leaders, policy-makers, and people from all income groups and nations, to harness converging technologies in order to create an inclusive, human-centric future. The real opportunity is to look beyond technology and find ways to give the greatest number of people the ability to positively impact their families, organisations and communities.
