Take a look at our case studies

As a leader, I focus on long-term thinking to ignite short-term actions. I believe in a People-First approach that invests in both people and technology today, to provide clear pathways that enable clients, their customers and our diverse team talent to navigate toward the opportunities and avoid the perils of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Whilst we’re all on an untrodden path to a new normality, I’ve found that throwing ‘guy-ropes’ to a future time, and uniting people here and now, reduces the anxiety that has increased across nations since the pandemic took hold. As a result, we are making a positive social value impact on our local and global community aligned to the United Nations sustainable development goals.

– Debra Charles, CEO and Founder, Novacroft

In 2018, Debra co-founded The Kindness Movement, which is dedicated to encouraging kindness in school children across the world. Debra believes in leaving a legacy that promotes the softer skills that will be increasingly important differentiators between humans, robots and artificial intelligence systems as we move toward and go beyond 2030.

Debra is a trustee of the Northamptonshire Community Foundation, a Cranfield University Entrepreneur Alumnus of the Year and a member of the University’s Advisory Board. In 2019, Debra was the recipient of an Honorary Doctorate from Cranfield University for her work in shaping UK business.
