Cyber security at Novacroft

Over recent days there has been significant media coverage about ransomware that has impacted many organisations globally. We want to provide our clients with assurance of the status of Novacroft’s services and our response to cyber security more generally.

Data security is paramount to both our clients and Novacroft, and we take our commitment to our 27001:2013 compliance very seriously. We maintain up to date vulnerability protection in terms of anti virus software on all our systems as well as having monitoring controls in place to detect and prevent malicious activity over email or web browsing. Novacroft adheres to a strict internal policy, which is regularly audited, to maintain our information security certifications, and we have recently gained Cyber Essentials certification. Because of this vigilance, Novacroft had already installed the security update ahead of the most recent ransomware virus that spread across the globe. We work 24/7 to do all that we can to protect our clients and their data.

There is no better demonstration to our data security commitment than our Information Security Management System (ISMS) forum.  This group ensures that our ISO/IEC 27001:2013 compliant controls are continually reviewed and improved to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of client information.

Client data is at the heart of what we do here at Novacroft and we take the security of it as seriously as our clients do.
